Forward Deployed Engineer

A leader in the B2B procurement space that partners with enterprise brands to help streamline and unify workflow orchestration with the end goal of providing live intelligence and visibility across all sourcing/procurement efforts is actively seeking a seasoned Forward Deployed Engineer.

In this role the Forward Deployed Engineer will help scale the platform, enable customers to get the most from the product and partnership, plan, build and optimize systems for enterprise clients, develop best practice documentation with clients, and ultimately drive new solution offerings.

• 4‑5 years of customer‑facing/customer management role
• B2B SaaS experience
• Sense of urgency supporting customers
• Track record working with JavaScript/Type Script

• Comfortably managing multiple workflows
• Communication across stakeholders in product/engineering spaces
• Effective collaboration

• Helm customer discoveries and develop implementation strategies based on requirements gathered and work with Product & Engineering to set plans and timelines against customer outcomes
• Leverage your technical background to overcome complexities and design highly customized solutions for customers leveraging all aspects of our circular technology platform
• Proctor delivery of high‑quality outcomes while maintaining timelines, identifying risks, and collaborating cross‑functionally to find resolutions
