Dandelion Chocolate's Apprentice Chocolate Maker role is a full-time, entry-level position at the 16th Street Factory in San Francisco. You will join the Production Team and work under a Production Manager, learning every step from bean sorting to tempering chocolate.
As part of the team, you will be trained to scale up processes, maintain quality, and collaborate with a supportive crew dedicated to crafting single-origin chocolate in a hands-on factory setting.
