HARMAN Automotive is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Excellence leader to steer Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma programs across production operations. You will act as a change agent, guiding cross-functional teams toward world-class manufacturing standards and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Manager of Production and Operation, you will train staff, update standards, analyze data, and drive site kaizen weeks while aligning processes with quality benchmarks and efficiency targets.
