Seeking an experienced Communications Consultant to support strategic employee communications and storytelling across a global supply chain organization. This role partners closely with Product Development, Supply Chain leadership, and enterprise teams to deliver clear, engaging, and effective internal communications. The position also provides secondary support for executive communications and large-scale internal events.
This role reports to the Director of Internal and Executive Communications and requires comfort working cross-functionally, globally, and with senior leaders.
What You'll Do- Collaborate with global stakeholders across Supply Chain, Product Development, and enterprise teams to develop and execute integrated communications
- Lead supply chain communications initiatives, including internal milestones, town halls, newsletters, and supplier communications that engage employees and drive action
- Act as a key liaison between Corporate Communications and Supply Chain leadership, advising on timing, messaging, and delivery to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience
- Evaluate the effectiveness of communications campaigns and collateral, using insights to refine approaches and pilot new mechanisms for continuous improvement
- Support executive communications as needed, including drafting internal messages, preparing talking points, and supporting quarterly town halls and leadership forums
- Assist in the planning and execution of major events, including supplier summits
- Ensure all communications align with the company’s purpose, mission, vision, values, and overall narrative
- A confident individual contributor who is curious about the business and comfortable partnering with executives and cross-functional teams across time zones
- 5+ years of directly relevant experience, ideally within in-house Corporate Communications, with exposure to international business and/or supply chain environments
- An exceptional writer with strong persuasive skills and experience supporting executive communications and presentations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Agile and resourceful, with the ability to prioritize independently and balance competing demands
- Creative and solutions-oriented, able to move from concept through execution with a strong bias for action
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and related tools; experience with Mailchimp, KPI definition, and data-driven reporting preferred
