• Build and execute global product communications strategies for major product launches.
• Lead end-to-end employee communications for organizational changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build communications plans that amplify talent initiatives.
• Help develop, evolve, and maintain digital communications channels.
• Provide onsite event production support for all hands meetings.
• Support a broad range of internal communications initiatives.

• 7+ years of communications experience.
• Experience leading technology communications or familiarity with tech.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
• Experience supporting organizational change and change management communications.
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
• Leadership agility and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter and problem solver.
• Curiosity and growth mindset around emerging technologies, especially AI tools.
• Working knowledge of Office 365.
