** Role
Description:
** We are looking for a self-starting, team-orientated, and passionate Product Marketing Senior Manager to join our Service Cloud team focused on core messaging and positioning as well as GTM strategy, execution. You will be a product and marketing expert, translating the needs of customers and sellers across marketing, sales enablement, product, and field teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing strategy.
** Responsibilities
* ** Be the product Go-To-Market expert for stakeholders across product, marketing, and distribution for the specific product line that you represent
* Develop succinct and effective sales training materials (demos, training, FAQs, etc.), making it easy for non-technical sales to understand our complete suite technology.
* Align to named global distribution leaders to drive marketing and sales alignment, sales programs, and pipeline generation
* Define and build repeatable demos, sales plays, competitive programs, and create high-quality content, while aligning to supporting marketing campaigns
* Lead and create the core value proposition and selling points.
* Translate our marketing & industry-focused initiatives into actionable programs to help fuel the sales pipeline, close deals, and deliver growth.
* Build consensus, alignment, and engagement across Campaigns, Creative, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Pricing Strategy, and Customer Success
* Lead messaging and positioning strategy and execution for target personas in partnership with global Go-to-Market, Campaigns, Content, and Corporate Marketing teams.

* Required Skills:

* 7 years of Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales, or Go-To-Market background
* Expertise in Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms
* Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling sales plays and enablement materials, succinct slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content.
* Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
* Outstanding organizational skills to define and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a dynamic environment.
* Ability to establish good working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders
* Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)
* Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes
* Ability to confidently pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity
