Marketing Manager I
Location:
San Francisco or New York (Onsite) | Duration: 6 months | Pay Range: $28 - $38/hr.
- 5+ years of marketing experience executing and scaling cross‑functional campaigns, including managing performance across multiple channels
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Excel or Tableau, leveraging metrics to optimize campaigns and drive measurable results
- Experience in entertainment/media industries with expertise in market segmentation, customer journey mapping, and brand acquisition strategies

- Drive marketing programs to build Channels brand awareness and acquisition
- Help coordinate campaign delivery, including storefront campaigns as well as off‑platform levers, working with creative, merchandising and cross‑org stakeholders
- Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance
- Use data and analysis to craft short leadership updates on marketing performance and key priorities
- Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (e.g., Communication Studies)
- 5+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross‑functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
- Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives
- Experience in entertainment/media industries
- Demonstrated expertise in market segmentation and customer journey mapping
- Track record of measurable business impact through marketing programs and initiatives
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills with multiple stakeholders
Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated. In addition to base compensation, full‑time roles are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Commuter and 401K benefits with company matching.
