Hyperscale is building the AI-native operating layer for physical operations - starting with trucking carriers. We're a team of ex-Samsara engineers and fleet operators automating the highest-volume office workflows (driver support, load coordination, scheduling) with agentic AI that actually moves the needle. Our products are live with some of the largest fleets in the US, autonomously handling ~70% of inbound calls with strong customer satisfaction.

We’re hiring a Founding Marketing Lead who will own Hyperscale’s narrative and presence in the market. You’ll work directly with the founders and our Head of BD to establish Hyperscale as the market leader in AI for physical operations. This is a broad, hands‑on role across marketing strategy, product marketing, content, and field marketing. If you like building from zero, shipping fast, and spending time close to customers, this role is for you.
WhatYou’ll Do Narrative, positioning, and go-to-market foundations
- Develop a unique point of view and marketing strategy appropriate for our stage
- Define crisp positioning and messaging that resonates with carrier operators and enterprise buyers
- Turn customer outcomes into proof via a range of assets from case studies, sales enablement materials, to the website
- Own our conference strategy and execution end-to-end
- Run customer seminars/workshops and small events with target audience
- Build repeatable playbooks for pre‑event outreach, on‑site execution, and post‑event conversion
- Establish a consistent cadence across Linked In and other channels (company + founders)
- Produce high‑velocity content to support our social identity and engagement
- Help lead a website refresh/rebrand to match our product maturity and category ambitions
- You’ll bring ideas to life visually by building standout decks, crisp slides, and on‑brand graphics from scratch
- Define useful metrics so we can experiment with confidence
- Set up lightweight systems so marketing work compounds over time
- 3-7 years of marketing experience (B2B SaaS preferred), with ownership across multiple functions (field/content/PMM)
- Strong writer and storyteller; you can translate technical product capability into clear, credible value
- Experience owning conferences or field marketing programs, ideally tied to enterprise pipeline outcomes
- Comfortable being scrappy: you can execute directly, manage contractors, and prioritize ruthlessly
- High agency and collaborative: you proactively pull context from founders, engineering, customers, and BD
- Excited by being early, moving fast, and building a category
- Experience in logistics, trucking, fleet, or adjacent industries (construction, field service, supply chain)
- Prior work marketing AI/automation products, especially in regulated or high‑trust environments
- Experience leading a website refresh/rebrand or managing agencies effectively
- Comfort working closely with enterprise sales cycles and customer references
San Francisco preferred (in‑person). We move quickly and value tight feedback loops across product, sales, and marketing.
