We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Product Development Operations Specialist to support the execution of our product lifecycle from development through launch. This role partners cross-functionally with Product Development, Marketing, and external vendors to ensure samples, product information, labeling, and marketing assets are accurate, complete, and delivered on schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Manage sample tracking to ensure all final products arrive ahead of photoshoots and launches
- Review samples for accuracy and maintain detailed product knowledge
- Support photoshoots, including onsite sample management and documentation of styles/colorways
- Prepare product launch briefs outlining SKUs, pricing (MSRP), materials, and key selling features
- Coordinate jewelry labeling processes, including file creation and vendor communication
- Update marketing materials and collaborate with Marketing and Copywriting to ensure accurate product messaging
- Capture behind-the-scenes content to support social media initiatives
- Provide operational support for packaging and collection development
- 1-3 years of experience in product development, merchandising, marketing operations, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams preferred
