About the RoleThe ideal Head of Product Marketing will bring 7–10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience. This is a foundational, high-impact role responsible for shaping how the company:
- Positions and differentiates its platform
- Brings products and features to market
- Enables Sales to win
- Communicates value to non-technical buyers
This role starts as a senior individual contributor, with the expectation to build and lead a small team (anticipated growth to two direct reports within 12 months). You will partner closely with Product, Demand Generation, and Sales leadership, acting as the connective tissue between product innovation and market success.
What You’ll Be Doing- Own and create a unified messaging and positioning framework
- Craft narratives that resonate with target buyers (COOs, practice managers, clinicians)
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value
- Drive category storytelling and competitive differentiation
- Lead integrated product and feature launches
- Define launch strategy, success metrics, and execution plans
- Align Product, Sales, and Marketing around GTM priorities
- Identify target segments, use cases, and buyer journeys
- Develop and own the sales enablement strategy
- Create pitch narratives, battle cards, decks, and collateral
- Build objection-handling and competitive intelligence assets
- Partner with Sales leadership to improve win rates
- Define the customer proof strategy
- Develop case studies, ROI narratives, and video spotlights
- Serve as the market and competitive authority
- Translate industry trends into GTM recommendations
- 7–10+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing
- Proven success owning positioning and GTM strategy
- Experience marketing complex products to non-technical buyers
- Healthtech strongly preferred
- Experience in high-growth startups or scaling environments
- Experience building a 0 → 1 product marketing function
- AI / agentic AI platforms
- Legal-tech or similarly complex / regulated industries
