Social Media Assistant

Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Assistant for a top apparel company out of their San Francisco, CA office or remote! We’re looking for someone who can review Spanish-language comments, translate campaign sentiment for the U.S. team, and advise on the appropriate response approach (Spanish vs. English vs. Spanglish) across Tik Tok and Instagram. This role would actively support comment responses in a way that aligns with brand voice and equity.

Location:

San Francisco, CA or remote. Hourly pay: $ hourly - based on experience.

• Support user engagement tracking
• Answering direct messages, emails, etc. from customers
• Responds to requests
• General project management and other duties as assigned

• Prior experience creating and analyzing user engagement via all social platforms
• Speaks Fluent Spanish and English
• Experience using word processing, spreadsheet, database and digital imaging software
• Good communication, customer service and writing skills are required, as is the ability to be a self-starter that works independently or within a team
• Bachelor’s degree; master’s degree or coursework in social media or fashion or a related field a plus
