We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, thought leadership, customer engagement, and business growth. This role requires a dynamic, data‑driven marketer who leads with a team‑first attitude and thrives in a fast‑paced environment. You are passionate about demand generation, telling Arine's story, and building relationships through marketing. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to craft compelling messaging, optimize marketing campaigns, and position Arine as a leader in medication intelligence.
WhatYou’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns and events that align with business objectives and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage content strategy, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and social media, to reinforce Arine's brand voice and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and optimize the customer journey.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and leverage insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure Arine remains an innovator in the space.
- 5+ years experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or technology.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a passion for brand building.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform decision‑making.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment that values innovation and adaptability.
