VP, Global Field Marketing
The VP of Global Field Marketing is a strategic revenue leader responsible for accelerating pipeline growth and market expansion across Fastly’s global regions. The role partners closely with sales and the entire GTM team to design and execute integrated, regionally tailored marketing strategies that drive measurable impact. The ideal candidate blends data-driven decision making with strong cross-functional leadership, building scalable field programs that align global priorities with local market opportunity.
This leader will inspire and develop a high performing team while elevating Fastly’s presence in target accounts.
- Own regional pipeline contribution by developing and executing integrated field marketing strategies aligned to revenue targets, account segmentation, and priority verticals across AMER, EMEA, and APJ.
- Partner with sales leadership to build quarterly and annual go-to-market plans that drive new logo acquisition and expansion within target accounts.
- Lead global field and ABM programs that combine digital, in-person, and partner-driven initiatives working across marketing to create consistent account engagement across the buyer journey.
- Operationalize measurement and accountability, partnering with Ops to track ROI, optimize spend, and continuously improve pipeline velocity and conversion rates.
- Align global campaigns to regional execution, ensuring product launches, category positioning, and relevant messaging are effectively localized and activated in-market.
- Build and develop a world-class global team, fostering strong collaboration across sales and the entire GTM team to deliver cohesive, high-impact programs.
- 12+ years of B2B marketing experience with significant leadership in global field marketing, regional marketing, or enterprise demand generation
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven track record of owning and delivering measurable pipeline contribution in partnership with sales leadership
- Experience building and leading distributed global teams across AMER, EMEA, and APJ
- Strong strategic planning and operational rigor, including budget management, ROI measurement, and pipeline analytics
- Demonstrated ability to align global campaigns with regional execution while tailoring to local market dynamics
- Commitment to fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
We’ll be super impressed if you have experience in any of these:
- Experience in cloud infrastructure, edge, security, networking, or developer-centric technology markets
- Experience supporting multi-product portfolios
- Familiarity with modern marketing technology stacks including Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense, and intent-driven orchestration platforms
- Experience optimizing programs using AI
- Experience operating in a publicly traded company environment with quarterly revenue accountability
This position will require you to be available during core business hours.
