We are searching for a highly analytical and data-driven Social Media Marketing professional to significantly impact the brand's social media presence. In this pivotal role, you will not just manage, but truly shape and amplify our digital voice, transforming complex data into actionable strategies that drive brand awareness and growth. You will be instrumental in translating insights into compelling narratives, directly influencing strategic, brand, and cultural initiatives.
As a key player, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive social strategies, translating intricate social data into clear, actionable insights. Your expertise will guide budget management, forecasting, and the strategic deployment of paid social campaigns. You will act as a subject matter expert, synthesizing information across diverse media to construct compelling narratives and presenting these insights through engaging presentations and accurate financial forecasts.

- Develop, refine, and execute comprehensive social media strategies in partnership with the Social Strategy Director. Align these with overall marketing objectives, including identifying target audiences, prioritizing platforms, defining content pillars, and implementing engagement tactics to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Lead social media analytics, including data collection, in-depth analysis, ownership of weekly performance reviews, and the creation and presentation of insightful performance reports (e.g., monthly and quarterly decks, ad hoc reporting). Translate complex social data into clear, actionable recommendations for optimizing campaigns and content strategies for key stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Oversee the social media budget in partnership with the Social Strategy Director and Assistant Marketing Manager, Analytics. This includes meticulous financial planning, forecasting based on historical performance, and strategic allocation of resources for content creation, influencer partnerships, and paid amplification, ensuring efficient use and alignment with marketing objectives.
- Meticulously manage financial processes related to social media activities, encompassing purchase order creation, invoice tracking, monthly reconciliation, and accruals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Lead the strategy and execution of paid social boosting initiatives, partnering with an agency. Additionally, manage the day-to-day communications for paid campaigns from tracker management, agency and cross-functional communications, statement of work approvals, and analytics to financial reconciliation and purchase order creation.
- Continuously monitor social media performance, proactively identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Drive data-informed adjustments to campaigns and content. Stay ahead of industry best practices and emerging technologies to foster innovation and maintain leadership in the social space.
- Manage strategic relationships with key social media tool and service vendors. Responsibilities include contract intake, onboarding, and ensuring optimal utilization of these tools to achieve social goals and benchmarks.
- Partner closely with internal marketing, social content, and influencer teams to develop integrated social media strategies. Provide expert guidance and training to team members on leveraging analytics and data to drive sound social media decisions and improve overall effectiveness.
