The OpportunityYou’ve built your career by developing GTM strategies and executing well thought out campaigns and demand gen programs. You love to first understand your audiences, create value-added content, and distribute it through all channels your prospects and clients live in. You also must own your own destiny – from initial strategy to seeing the end results of the cycle, with an underlying need to discover and share what’s working what’s not with your marketing and sales partners.

Join the Demand Generation function on the marketing team, which is responsible for designing, building and executing campaigns to generate awareness, capture interest and facility conversations with sales.
We’re looking for critical thinkers and self-starters who can demonstrate and utilize their past successes to fuel the growth of the marketing engine!
What You Get to Do:- Own and develop end-to-end marketing campaign strategy and planning cycle.
- Collaborate with other team members in Creative, Communications and Product Marketing to create compelling and value-adding content for your audiences.
- Guide the work, by calendarizing marketing activities and strategically optimize the marketing channels and lead sources toward segments that show engagement and conversion.
- Facilitate campaign related content including ads, web pages, and email copy and thematic messaging.
- Measure clearly defined goals/KPIs to understand campaign results.
- Provide recommendations and insights to the marketing team to ensure performance across campaigns and initiatives.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in demand generation or campaign marketing experience.
- ABM experience using 6
Sense - Marketo and Salesforce
- Excellent presentation and communication skills – Be prepared to show & tell! J
- Experience developing content for campaign launches, program initiatives, and executive communications.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and influence with or without positional authority
- Ability to think strategically and execute exceptionally well
- Curiosity and motivation to roll up your sleeves and dive deep
