Strategist - B2B Agency

Job Description

Our growing b2b agency client is looking for 2 Growth Marketing Strategists (client facings, hands on, strategic) hybrid in SF. The role involves customer onboarding, lead strategy, and hands‑on campaign building across Linked In and Google. You will own day‑to‑day performance, partner with Design, Ad Ops, and Engineering, and act as the voice of the customer internally.

• Customer onboarding and strategy
• Lead onboarding for new customers
• Define ICPs, audiences, funnels, creative direction, and testing strategy
• Set clear success metrics and expectations
• Hands‑on campaign building and performance. Build, launch, and optimize Linked In and Google campaigns directly
• Own day‑to‑day performance across customer accounts
• Lead execution across humans and AI
• Partner with Design, Ad Ops, and Engineering to execute strategy
• Write clear creative and campaign briefs
• Guide engineers on how the AI should evolve based on real campaign work
• Act as the voice of the customer internally. Surface insights, friction points, and feature requests
• Customer relationships:
  Own customer relationships via Slack and recurring meetings, run monthly strategy and performance reviews, give clear, direct feedback to customers to help them win, and build trust through transparency and results

• Strong experience running Linked In Ads
• Comfortable being hands‑on in campaign managers
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain what matters and why
• Comfortable owning outcomes end to end
• Clear communicator who works well with executives and engineers
• Fast‑moving, execution‑focused, and resilient
• Excited by change and ambiguity
