About The Role

Join the coolest team at Mochi Health as a Marketing Associate, where you'll have a high impact from day one. You'll work on email marketing, support PR efforts, build a fun social media presence to expand our reach, and run highly impactful product campaigns. You own your budget, you get full creative freedom to design the campaigns you want to run.
What You'll Do

• Running marketing campaigns to activate, retain, and reduce churn.
• Work with the Head of Design on brand communications; social, PR, and new media.
• Help develop a brand voice that ensures we're consistent across all communications.
• All hands on deck! If you see something we should be doing to drive growth marketing, jump in and make it happen.

Who You Are

• 0-2 years of experience
• Bachelors in STEM preferred
• Hungry to learn, execute, and launch your career trajectory to the moon
• A creative thinker who enjoys generating fresh ideas and experimenting with different marketing approaches.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
• Data-driven, comfortable with analytics, and using insights to guide decisions.

We're hiring three Marketing Associates across PR, Influencer, and Affiliate. Each role plays a key part in amplifying our brand and driving measurable growth.

• Radio/Direct Mail Associate
  • A typical day includes scanning the news cycle, drafting radio scripts and direct mail materials. You'll work with our external partners to launch campaigns and manage performance.
• Linear and Direct TV Associate
  • You'll spend your day sourcing aligned creators, managing outreach, and coordinating deliverables with creators for TV advertising. This role includes reviewing content, overseeing posting timelines, and tracking campaign performance to ensure our influencer efforts drive strong engagement and brand visibility. You will work with an external agency on campaign production
• Pharmacy Marketing Associate
  • Your day will focus on defining the brand and creative assets to support all pharmacy shop partners. You'll help with their brand image and designs. You'll monitor performance data, optimize partner activity, and provide insights that help grow our pharmacy partnerships and overall revenue.
