As Senior Creative Strategist, you will lead end-to-end creative development across digital and paid acquisition channels. This role blends creative storytelling with performance analytics, requiring both artistic vision and data-driven experimentation.

You will own ideation, scripting, and testing strategies for ads across Tik Tok, You Tube, Meta, CTV, and emerging platforms. A strong understanding of AI-driven creative production is essential, as you will leverage advanced tools to scale content efficiently while maintaining high creative standards. This position requires onsite collaboration three days per week in San Francisco and a close partnership with Growth, Brand, and Product Marketing teams.

• Lead creative ideation and scripting for performance-driven campaigns
• Translate growth goals into scalable creative strategies and test plans
• Drive rapid experimentation and testing cycles

• Collaborate with Growth, Brand, and Product Marketing teams
• Stay ahead of AI, platform, and cultural trends

• 6–9 years of experience in creative strategy or advertising
• Experience across agency and/or in-house environments
• Proven record of developing ads that drive measurable conversions
• Strong storytelling and creative writing skills
• Fluency in AI creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, Sora, VEO, etc.)
• Deep understanding of performance marketing channels
• Strong analytical mindset and experimentation experience
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration
