Marketing Lead

I'm working with a YC-backed AI infrastructure startup that's building the testing, observability and evaluation layer for Voice AI agents. In just over a year they've grown from zero to working with Google, Door Dash, major banks, healthcare organisations and enterprises across five continents, processing millions of AI conversations every month.

Now they're hiring their first Growth & Marketing Lead.

This isn't a role where you'll inherit a playbook.

You'll build it.

Working directly with the founders, you'll own everything from positioning and technical storytelling to launches, brand, growth experiments, events and community. • Define how the market understands a new category within AI.
• Build a brand that technical buyers genuinely trust.
• Create content engineers and founders actually want to read.
• Launch products, campaigns and customer stories.
• Run creative growth experiments that generate attention and pipeline.
• Build community across the AI and Voice AI ecosystem.
• Work directly alongside the founders with genuine ownership from day one.

• Experience in an early-stage startup, ideally as one of the first marketing hires.
• Strong product marketing and technical storytelling skills.
• Comfortable marketing to technical audiences including engineers, AI teams or enterprise buyers.
• Someone who enjoys building from zero rather than optimising an existing function.
• High agency, creative thinking and exceptional execution.
