Graphic Design & Social Media Assistant

VIVAS INC is hiring a Graphic Design & Social Media Assistant to create social content and design assets based on real on-site install work. This is an on-site role in San Francisco where you will capture installations, turn them into posts and short videos, and support sales and marketing with print and digital design.

You’ll work from our shop at 2265 Revere Ave, San Francisco
, with a schedule built around steady weekly output. The role also includes hands‑on learning in large-format printing, fabrication, and installation
, plus the chance to see your designs appear in places across the Bay Area such as offices, campuses, and events
.

• Create posts, stories, and short videos for Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, and Facebook while following the VIVAS brand
• Photograph and film installations on site and in the shop
• Plan and manage a content calendar with the Marketing Coordinator, then publish on schedule
• Design sales and marketing materials including flyers, presentations, case studies, and email graphics
• Mock up signage on client photos for proposals alongside the design team
• Organize the photo and video library so projects are easy to find
• Answer comments and messages, then pass qualified leads to the sales team

• A portfolio of design, social content, or both (school and personal projects are welcome)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Comfort with Canva, InDesign, Premiere, or Cap Cut (Cap Cut is a plus)
• Comfort shooting with a phone: good light, steady video, clean framing
• Up‑to‑date understanding of Instagram and Tik Tok including formats, trends, and what stops scroll
• Strong organization and consistency with scheduled posting
• Clear written English (Spanish is a plus)
• Ability to travel to job sites around San Francisco to photograph work

• $25.00 per hour
• Full time

Schedule &location: Based at the shop (2265 Revere Ave) Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some installs and events can be early, in the evening, or on weekends.
Overtime is paid at the California law-required rate.
