For this opportunity, the marketing team is focused on developing sophisticated multi-channel programs that move priority Mid-Market audiences and accounts through the buying journey and generate measurable pipeline.
About the RoleWe are looking for a Staff Performance Marketing Manager to own multi-channel demand generation programs that drive pipeline for the Mid-Market business.
This is a senior individual contributor role responsible for building and running programs that move priority audiences and accounts through the funnel toward SQLs, SQOs, and pipeline
.
You will own a portfolio of always-on and campaign-connected programs end to end, including strategy, build, execution, testing, measurement, and optimization
. Programs may include account-based initiatives, lifecycle marketing, owned-channel nurture, and signal-based plays.
Lifecycle marketing is a core channel within this portfolio, but this is not a lifecycle-only role
. Success requires understanding where audiences and accounts are stalled and building targeted, multi-channel programs that accelerate progression and generate measurable business outcomes.
This role offers significant ownership over programs directly connected to demand generation and pipeline growth.
You'll work at the intersection of performance marketing, demand generation, lifecycle, ABM/ABX, marketing automation, analytics, and creative
, partnering with multiple teams to design and execute sophisticated marketing programs.
As a Staff-level contributor, you'll also serve as a senior resource for campaign and lifecycle marketers, helping strengthen progression logic, testing discipline, and marketing automation expertise.
Demand Generation & Account Growth- Diagnose where priority accounts and audiences are stalled across the buying journey and build targeted programs to improve progression.
- Design programs that move audiences toward SQLs, SQOs, and pipeline
. - Own a portfolio of planned and emerging account-growth plays.
- Test, optimize, scale, modify, or stop programs based on performance evidence.
- Launch signal-based programs when new opportunities emerge, including mid-quarter.
- Plan and manage end-to-end lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, nurture, retention, and win-back
. - Own program strategy, creative development, execution, measurement, and optimization.
- Partner with campaign leads on audience progression strategies for major campaigns.
- Design, build, launch, and optimize the programs required to activate those strategies.
- Balance lifecycle initiatives with broader demand generation and account-growth programs.
- Set up, test, QA, and deploy programs using Marketo, Eloqua, Braze, Hub Spot, or equivalent marketing automation platforms
. - Monitor funnel velocity and conversion and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Build structured test plans and perform and analyze A/B testing in partnership with analytics teams.
- Analyze campaign data, data mapping, program logic, and ROI.
- Use performance evidence to determine which programs should be scaled, optimized, changed, or discontinued.
- Leverage technology, including AI-assisted campaign tools
, to improve marketing execution.
- Develop detailed program and creative briefs.
- Manage creative development with copywriters, designers, developers, and agency partners.
- Accurately estimate and track program costs, timelines, and results.
- Manage schedules from kickoff through tracking codes, legal/compliance review, deployment, and results tracking.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Segment Marketing, Data Operations, Analytics, Creative, and agency teams
