We are looking for an Advertising Operations Manager to manage day-to-day advertising operations across our customers and advertising platforms.
The RoleYou will be responsible for setting up and managing advertising accounts, launching campaigns, managing account access and billing, monitoring account health, and resolving operational issues across major advertising platforms.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working directly inside advertising platforms and managing multiple accounts at the same time.
What You’ll Do- Create, configure, and manage advertising accounts across Google, Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, Reddit, and other platforms.
- Manage Business Managers, Google MCCs, advertiser accounts, permissions, users, and platform access.
- Support customer onboarding and connect customer advertising accounts to Ads Gency.
- Set up and launch advertising campaigns, including budgets, targeting, creatives, bidding, and conversion events.
- Review campaigns before launch to ensure configurations are correct.
- Manage advertising account billing, payment methods, balances, credit lines, and funding.
- Monitor account status, spend, billing, permissions, campaign activity, and platform health.
- Troubleshoot account suspensions, verification issues, payment failures, rejected ads, missing permissions, and campaign launch problems.
- Work with Google, Meta, Tik Tok, and other platform support teams to resolve account issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation for advertising accounts, access, billing, and operational status.
- Coordinate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Finance on customer and platform issues.
- Build and improve internal processes for account setup, campaign launches, billing, account management, and troubleshooting.
- 3–6+ years of experience in advertising operations, paid media, performance marketing, media buying, or a related role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
. - Experience with Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Ads, Reddit Ads, Microsoft Ads, or other advertising platforms is a plus.
- Strong understanding of advertising account structures, campaign setup, billing, permissions, tracking, and platform policies.
- Experience launching and managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR, CVR, ROAS, and other advertising metrics.
- Experience troubleshooting advertising account and campaign issues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple advertising accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Agency or AdTech experience.
- Experience managing a large number of advertising accounts.
- Experience with Meta Business Manager and Google MCC.
- Experience handling account suspensions, verification, and policy appeals.
- Experience with pixels, conversion tracking, GTM, or Conversion APIs.
- Experience managing advertising billing, prepaid balances, or credit lines.
