Position: Director of Nonprofit Customer Success & Growth
A leading data intelligence company is seeking a Manager of Nonprofit Customer Success in San Francisco. This role is responsible for leading a team of Customer Success Managers while focusing on scaling the nonprofit vertical within the company. Key responsibilities include onboarding, training, and developing customer success strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles and a strong understanding of data intelligence's impact on nonprofit strategies.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
