* At least four years of proven fundraising experience with demonstrated success in donor cultivation, campaign management, and event planning
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
* Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Proficiency with donor databases (CRMs), Google Suite, and project management tools
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
* Deep commitment to social justice and the organization's mission
** ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS:

** 1. TB clearance
2. Fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
