Our mission is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those from disadvantaged circumstances, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens. What You’ll Do

BGCSF is seeking a Leadership Annual Giving Manager with a proven track record of implementing annual campaigns, securing financial support from individuals, and implementing donor-relations strategies. • Expand Donor Pipeline — Support stewardship and pipeline meetings through strategy, tracking, and administrative support, moving base and mid-band annual donors up the pipeline and referring major gift prospects to senior officers.
  • Partner on Communications Strategy — Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop annual donor communications strategies, stewardship plans, direct mail campaigns, and digital donor engagement across web, email, and social media.
  • Lead Campaign Fundraising — Develop and lead fundraising strategy for year-end, spring, and LYBUNT campaigns, managing donor segmentation and vendor relationships.
  • Plan Donor Events — Organize and implement events, receptions, and tours for leadership-level donors to drive engagement and retention.
  • Maintain CRM & Reporting — Ensure clear and timely tracking of all donor communications in Salesforce/CRM, providing regular qualitative and quantitative reporting to department leadership.
  • Support Signature Events — Participate in signature fundraising events and Board gatherings with on-site responsibilities (check-in, seating, way finding) and solicit portfolio donors for sponsor ships, tickets, and fund-the-need gifts.
