• Provide direct patient care to individuals across various age groups and medical conditions.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, document histories, and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Candidate requirements

• Required:
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Licensed driver with an insured automobile (in good repair) and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Public Health Nurse (PHN) certification.
