LVN (Healthcare) – San Francisco Post-Acute is a short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located on Mission Street between Oliver Street and Whittier Street in San Francisco, California. We are dedicated to providing personalized rehabilitation and nursing services and our healthcare professionals strive to help residents reach their maximum potential in a caring and supportive environment. We are hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who can work in a fast-paced environment, provide excellent patient care, and work as part of a team.

Part time - Flexible to all shifts

• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Complete and file required recordkeeping forms/charts upon the resident's admission, transfer, and/or discharge.
• Periodically review the resident's written discharge plan and participate in updating it as required.
• Make daily rounds of the unit/shift to ensure nursing service personnel are performing their work assignments in accordance with acceptable nursing standards.
