Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a PACU RN with an active CA license and ambulatory experience for a day shift position with weekday-only hours.
Responsibilities- Position is in the PACU of an ambulatory surgery center
- Primary assignment in PACU with some floating to Pre-op
- Day shifts, Monday through Friday, with varying start times between 6:00 am and 11:00 am and end times up to 7:30 pm
- No weekends or call required
- 50 mile radius rule applies for eligibility
- Nurses may float between pre-op and PACU as needed
- Only one holiday off will be approved during the assignment
- Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing contract
- Active and valid CA RN license required
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience required
- Ambulatory surgery experience highly preferred
- Returning travelers must be gone for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler
