For roles covered by a bargaining unit agreement, there will be specific rules about where a new hire would be placed on the range.

Required Qualifications

* Minimum two years of recent RN clinical experience in an adult out-patient operating room

* Proficiency, ability to independently circulate all case types within at least three of the following services:
Ophthalmology/Cornea/Retina, GYN/Robotic, GU/Robotic, General Surgery/Robotic, OHNS, OHNS/Airway, MIS SPINE.

* Possession of the legal requirements to practice as a Registered Nurse as determined by the California Board of Registered Nursing and knowledges and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to the position. BSN preferred.

* Proficiency, ability to independently circulate, in at least three of the following services:

Ophthalmology/Cornea/Retina, GYN/Robotic, GU/Robotic, General Surgery/Robotic, OHNS, OHNS/Airway.

* This position requires flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations.

Preferred Qualifications

* CNOR

* BSN

* Proficient in Scrubbing role in at least 2 of the services listed above.

* ACLS;
