We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive healthcare to patients of all ages.
Responsibilities- Conduct physical exams, assess health, and develop individualized care plans.
- Perform diagnostics, interpret results, and deliver patient education.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
- Current FNP or PA certification, California license, and experience in primary care preferred.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and strong clinical skills in chronic, pediatric, and geriatric care.
- Excellent communication and outpatient work skills.
