Experience:

Minimum of 5 years combined experience in PACU, ICU, CCU, and/or Cath Lab.
License:
Current RN License

Certifications:

AHA BLS, ACLS

Must-Have:
Minimum of 1 year Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology experience.

Description:

This position requires a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Catheterization Services.
The nurse will work 10-hour days with variable start times.
Candidates must possess knowledge of both diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures and techniques.

Experience with related equipment and accessories is essential.
Candidates should demonstrate competency in surgical procedures and sterile techniques.
The role involves administering and monitoring procedural sedation.
Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias are required skills.
Nurses will care for adult patients undergoing cardiac procedures.
Prior travel nursing experience within the last 12 months is preferred.
Experience in a teaching hospital setting is also preferred.
