RIGHT 360's Withdrawal Management and Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Programs include one Withdrawal Management program and four Residential programs as well as a centralized Intake Department. Each program is staffed by an interdisciplinary team including SUD counselors and therapists working in coordination with nurses and medical providers. Our programs provide integrated care to help clients address addiction and health related issues, increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive services, and build a foundation for lasting recovery.
Supervisor II, Scheduling serves as an Intake Nurse Supervisor responsible for providing comprehensive nursing assessments and care to clients entering the program. This role ensures a safe and welcoming admission process by evaluating clients' medical histories, conducting physical assessments, and monitoring withdrawal symptoms in alignment with evidence‑based protocols. This role collaborates closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, provide client education, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
With a focus on compassionate care, Supervisor II, Scheduling plays a vital role in supporting clients on their recovery journey while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence. This role also provides oversight for all behavioral health Medical Schedulers. This includes hiring, termination, supervision, and performance assessment.
- Responsible for direct supervision of behavioral health medical schedulers.
- Supports Medical Schedulers in identifying what medical follow‑up will be needed.
- Ensure Medical Schedulers are scheduling the appropriate appointments for clients in a timely manner.
- Provides onboarding and training for staff.
- Ensure staff follow HR360 protocols and procedures.
- Participates in matters related to performance and quality improvement, planning, protocols and goal setting.
- Comfortable in changing systems, champions change and leads change processes.
- Provides supervision for care coordination.
- Assists in goal setting and performance improvement planning.
- Writes, reviews, and makes recommendations for policies and procedures for nursing or organizational processes.
- Active participant in Quality Improvement activities and may act as change champion or lead.
- In conjunction with Behavioral Health Nurse Director or Program Director is responsible for working with external stakeholders on audits, reviews, or surveys and supports internal efforts as appropriate.
- Participate in training staff as needed.
- Orients new staff to appropriate policies, procedures and protocols.
- Provides review and triage for clients entering intake.
- Takes vital signs, performs initial screening as required.
- Reviews and reconciles patient medications.
- Takes initial history specifically for past medical history and substance use disorder.
- Provides report to MAT/addiction provider for care of client.
- Works with MAT/addiction provider to triage patients and support patient disposition.
- Coordinates referral to appropriate level of care for client who is not a candidate for detox.
- Coordinates care management with IMS providers in detox and residential.

Qualifications Education, Experience, and Credentials- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- A valid California Registered Nursing License.
- BLS and CPR Certification.
