North East Medical Services is seeking a PACE Clinic RN in San Francisco, California. In this role, the RN will provide direct and indirect nursing care to PACE participants while collaborating with physicians and other team members. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, documenting care, and coordinating patient transitions.
The ideal candidate will have a valid California RN license, experience in nursing, and the ability to communicate fluently in English and preferably in Chinese or Vietnamese. This is a full-time position with operational support duties.
