RN - PACU
PACU nursing involves the care of patients who are recovering from surgery, particularly when the application of anesthesia is involved. Once the patient sufficiently recovers from the effects of the anesthesia, he/she is typically transferred to the appropriate ward or discharged from the hospital. PACU nurses are typically responsible for providing patient care during the immediate postoperative recovery period. He/she typically have training in basic life support measures, airway management, acute surgical wound care, catheter procedures and the special requirements associated with anesthesia.
PACU nurses may also be trained in the use of cardiac life support equipment.

Cancellation Policy:
A. Pre-Start Cancellation
- Subcontractor will give Aya (7) days' prior notice if Candidates are not able to start on the agreed upon start date (regardless of the reason). If Aya does not receive a (7) days' prior notification, Subcontractor will pay (which may be withheld on a reverse invoice) for one (1) week of billable time (three (3) shifts if assigned to twelve (12) hour shifts;
four (4) shifts if assigned to ten (10) hour shifts; and five (5) shifts if assigned to eight (8) hour shifts) at the Candidate's regular bill rate.
B. Post-Start Cancellation
- Subcontractor may only cancel an assignment without any penalty if a (30) day advance notice is provided to Aya. If less than (30) days' advance notice is given by Subcontractor, then Subcontractor will pay (which may be withheld on a reverse invoice) for one (1) week of guaranteed hours (three (3) shifts if assigned to twelve (12) hour shifts; four (4) shifts if assigned to ten (10) hour shifts;
and five (5) shifts if assigned to eight (8) hour shifts) at the Candidate's regular bill rate.
C. Candidate Leaving Assignment. If a Candidate leaves their assignment without notification and/or without cause, Subcontractor will pay (which may be withheld on a reverse invoice) for one (1) week of guaranteed hours (three (3) shifts if assigned to twelve (12) hour shifts; four (4) shifts if assigned to ten (10) hour shifts; and five (5) shifts if assigned to eight (8) hour shifts) at the Candidate's regular bill rate.
