Sutter West Bay Medical Group is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our high-performing Neurosurgery team in San Francisco. What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in guiding patients through every stage of their neurosurgical journey-including:

* Managing new and follow-up visits in the ambulatory setting

* Conducting telehealth consultations via Epic

* Supporting pre- and post-operative care planning

* Coordinating care across inpatient and outpatient teams

* Triaging referrals and managing clinical communications

* Ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies in collaboration with physicians

* Educating patients and families to ensure confident care decisions

Requirements

Education

* Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program

Licensure & Certifications

* Active and unrestricted California NP or PA license

* DEA Controlled Substance Registration (CSRC)

* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

* Additional certifications as required by the department

Experience

* Prior surgical or neurosurgery experience preferred

* Candidates with a strong interest in neuroscience and surgical care are encouraged to apply
