Overview
Sutter West Bay Medical Group (SWBMG) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our Hematology/Oncology team in San Francisco, California. This full‑time, outpatient‑based position gives you the chance to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with cancer and blood disorders.
Position Details- Partner closely with physicians in delivering high‑quality, coordinated care.
- Perform patient assessments, develop and manage treatment plans, and monitor therapy response.
- Provide patient and family education and emotional support throughout the continuum of care.
- Collaborate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical program development.
- Current California Nurse Practitioner license and furnishing number (or eligibility).
- National certification as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or ACNP preferred).
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
- Prior oncology or hematology experience preferred; new graduates with strong oncology training and interest are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to team‑based care.
