HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Manager, Clinical Services for a Health System in San Francisco Bay Area, CA
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Provide nursing and administrative oversight for Urgent Care Clinics, and indirectly oversee Adult Medicine and Adult Immunology staff.
- Ability to support clinical operations, staffing, workflow optimization and team performance.
- Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; - Experience:
Leadership experience overseeing nursing teams and clinical staff required;
Strong ambulatory/outpatient leadership experience preferred - License:
Active CA RN License required - Certifications:
AHA BLS and ACLS required - Computer
Skills:
Information systems experience (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite
Expenses covered while on assignment including housing, airfare, and rental car.
