  • Support team operations, including scheduling coordination, workflow optimization, and clinical coverage planning.
  • Partner with leadership to drive program development, quality improvement initiatives, and implementation of evidence‑based care models.
  • Perform and interpret point‑of‑care obstetric and gynecologic ultrasounds (e.g., dating, viability, fetal position, basic assessments).
  • Conduct patient evaluations, follow‑ups, and hospital‑based care in collaboration with OB‑GYN physicians and care teams.
  • Support labor and delivery, including triage, admissions, and management of low‑ to moderate‑risk pregnancies.
  • Perform routine procedures within CNM scope (e.g., well‑woman exams, contraception management, screenings).
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including obstetricians, nurses, lactation consultants, and pediatric providers.
  • Provide patient education on pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum care, breastfeeding, and reproductive health.
  • Contribute to onboarding and orientation of new midwifery staff.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program.
  • 5‑7 years of experience practicing as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM).
  • Ideally 2 years of experience as a Lead CNM.
