Assistant Professor

For our client, we are seeking an Assistant Professor to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a mission-driven environment.

Location:

San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $108,409 – $108,409 annually

• Engage in didactic and clinical teaching for prelicensure nursing programs
• Develop and teach courses in Maternal-Child Health and other specified nursing areas
• Produce scholarship that meets tenure requirements
• Advise students and provide support for their academic journeys
• Serve on committees and participate in university and disciplinary communities

• Earned doctoral degree in nursing or related field; BSN or MSN if doctoral isn't in nursing
• Registered nurse license issued in California upon hire
• One year of full-time direct patient care experience in relevant nursing specialty within the last 5 years
• Record of accomplishments in teaching, scholarship, and service suitable for tenure track
