Interim Subject Matter Expert, Research Nurse

Overview

Interim Subject Matter Expert, Research Nurse is needed to provide clinical expertise and operational support for a Clinical Trials Program while ensuring compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements.

• Provide subject matter expertise for research nursing practices and support clinical trial operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with investigators and clinical staff to support trial activities.
• Support feasibility, study start-up, ongoing trial conduct, and close-out activities as needed.
• Work a standard daytime shift from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• BSN required; master’s degree preferred.
• Active RN license required.
• Progressive clinical research nursing experience with expertise in clinical trials, regulatory compliance, and research operations.

• Compensation Range: $160,000 to $170,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation.
• Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement benefits, depending on role and duration.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of the posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
