Position Details- Position: Full-Time
- Schedule: Full-Time Shifts Available
- Pay: $38.00-$40.00 per hour (DOE)
- Location: City View Post-Acute

As a Full-Time LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting the health and well-being of our residents.
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and facility policies.
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, CNAs, rehabilitation staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
- Advocate for residents while providing compassionate care and support to residents and their families.
- Promote a safe, respectful, and healing environment for all residents.
- Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in good standing.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
