Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN)
Victorian Post Acute
At Victorian Post Acute, we are committed to delivering exceptional skilled nursing and rehabilitation services in a compassionate and resident-centered environment. We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our clinical team.
AvailableShifts:
- Full Time AM (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM)
- Part Time PM (3:00PM to 11:30PM)
$36.00-$38.00 per hour (based on experience)

- Provide direct nursing care and medication administration in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans.
- Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality resident care and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor resident conditions, document clinical updates, and communicate changes to physicians and families as needed.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, treatments, assessments, and interdisciplinary care coordination.
- Direct daily nursing activities and ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate resident records, treatment documentation, and physician orders.
- Complete incident reports and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
- Collaborate with nursing leadership to ensure smooth shift operations and resident-centered care.
- Follow all federal, state, and facility regulations, including HIPAA and infection control standards.
- Ensure proper medication management, narcotic accountability, and treatment administration.
- Promote a safe, clean, and sanitary environment for residents and staff.
- Participate in facility surveys, safety drills, and required in-service training programs.
- Current, active, and unrestricted California LVN/LPN license.
- Graduate of an accredited LVN/LPN nursing program.
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, or post-acute experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills with a commitment to resident care excellence.
