Role Summary San Francisco Post-Acute is seeking dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dedicated healthcare team. We are looking for professionals who are committed to providing exceptional resident care in a fast-paced post-acute care environment.

Available Shift Part Time Weekdays and Weekends
* Primary Responsibilities
* Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the nursing team.
* Respond promptly to call lights and assist residents with daily care needs.
* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures.
* Support meal service and tray distribution.
* Provide compassionate care while promoting resident comfort, dignity, and safety.
* Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility policies and procedures.
* Collaborate effectively with nurses, therapists, and fellow team members.

Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees)
