The Opportunity:
  • Position: On-Call (All Shifts Available)
  • Pay Rate: $38-$40.00 per hour (DOE)

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

As an LVN at City View, you provide the critical clinical care our residents need to thrive.

  • Clinical Care: Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans.
  • Critical Thinking: Make independent decisions and apply sound clinical judgment in resident care situations.
  • Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our nursing leadership, CNAs, and rehab team to ensure the best patient outcomes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate resident progress effectively.
  • Resident Advocacy: Serve as a compassionate point of contact for residents and their families.
Qualifications:
  • Licensure: Must possess a valid California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License
    .
  • Communication: Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, in English.
  • Trainability: An eager learner who can follow instructions precisely and adapt to the facility's protocols.
