Dialysis Center Manager, Therapy

Role Overview:

The Center Manager (CM) is essential for ensuring operational excellence in a clinic, leading a high-performing, professional team dedicated to patient care. The CM coordinates treatment quality and patient care, working closely with staff, physicians, and stakeholders to deliver compassionate, high-standard services.

Facilitate patient care, mentor staff, and promote a patient-centric environment. Demonstrate compassion and a commitment to improving patients' quality of life, focusing on holistic care and staff development.

• Minimum of 1 year RN experience, 6 months in hemodialysis preferred, with management or supervisory experience advantageous.
• Education includes graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Must hold an active RN license per state regulations.
