Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience required.

License:
- Current state RN license required.
Certifications:
- BLS required.
- BSN required.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC), OCN are preferred.
Must-Have:
- Experience with telephone triage and symptom assessment.
Description:
This position is primarily focused on outpatient oncology nursing.
The RN will have the ability to float to various clinic sites as operational needs dictate.
Responsibilities include patient assessment and triage.
The RN will conduct symptom and treatment-toxicity assessments.
Care coordination and patient education are key aspects of this role.
Medication reviews and follow-up of clinical concerns will also be part of the duties.
The RN will coordinate diagnostic testing and treatment surgical oncology, assignments will include pre/post-operative education, wound assessment, and drain care.
Collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams is essential.
Specialized equipment used will depend on the assigned practice area.
Orientation and demonstrated competency are required for specialty procedures and equipment.
