Subject Matter Expert ,Quality

HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Quality for a 150+ bed hospital in California. This responsibilities of this position include providing hands‑on expertise inquality surveillance and performance trending, with the ability to analyze data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities. Goals of the assignment will include:

• Partnering directly with frontline staff, nurse leaders, and physicians in a quality-focused role.
• Hands‑on work withfrontline teams analyzing and trending data, escalating opportunities or concerns, educating staff on quality metrics, and supporting improvement work at the operational level.

• Education:
  
  BSN degree required, MSN preferred
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality in an acute care hospital setting.
  
  Acute care experience, particularly in perioperative and med/surg settings, would be helpful to ensure alignment with quality initiatives. Previous recent experience as a quality nurse or in a similar quality role is desired.
• Licensure:
  Current CA RN license required.

  BLS through AHA required or to be completed during onboarding.
