The Safety Manager plays a critical role in shaping and driving a “Safe Thinking” culture across Boldt’s San Francisco healthcare projects, some of the most complex and high impact builds in the region. In this role, you will lead safety initiatives from planning through execution, working alongside high performing teams to ensure every worker goes home safe every day.
You will take ownership of project wide safety efforts, including audits, inspections, and reporting, while proactively identifying risks and implementing strategies that elevate safety performance across dynamic, compliance driven healthcare environments.
This is an opportunity to be on the front lines of cutting-edge healthcare construction in San Francisco, partnering with field leadership, trade partners, and clients to build a culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. By championing safe construction practices, leading trainings, and reinforcing a team first mindset, you will help create an environment where safety is embedded in every decision.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $-$ annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data.
