AVP Of Global Quality
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, values-driven consumer goods company known for its commitment to diversity, inclusion, and pay equity. As they continue to grow, they’re confidentially seeking an AVP of Quality to shape and scale the global quality management systems of tomorrow!
The AVP of Quality will lead the global Quality strategy, driving alignment across internal teams and external partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the COO, lead a total team of ~ 45 in championing a unified global approach to product and process quality.
- Lead and develop a high-performing, cross-functional quality team.
- Build and refine the end-to-end Quality Management System.
- Drive LEAN initiatives and continuous improvement to enhance product quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with R&D, Regulatory and Manufacturing to ensure design-to-quality and in-market excellence.
- Lead issue resolution through data-driven root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions.
- Embed a culture of data-based decision-making and quality ownership throughout the organization.
Background
Required:
- A highly energetic, hands-on individual with at least 10+ years of relevant Quality experience within the fast-moving consumer goods industry.
- Proven success in scaling Quality systems and leading cross-functional, multicultural teams.
- Strong change agent with excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead work with a network of external manufacturers in Asia, Europe and North America.
- International understanding and flexibility to work across locations and time zones.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Miscellaneous:
- Compensation: $200K + 25% bonus + stock / RSU’s.
- Full benefit package including medical, dental and 401(k).
- Relocation is available.
