System​/Software Technician

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a hands‑on Operations/Test Technician to support the bring‑up, calibration, testing, and logging of advanced autonomous and robotic technologies in both indoor and outdoor testing environments. This role will work closely with engineering and operations teams to validate system performance, identify issues, and support product readiness.

• Collaborate with hardware, software, product, and operations teams to improve product performance and reliability.
• Execute, document, and validate test procedures for advanced autonomous technologies, including identifying new issues, verifying fixes, and evaluating system behavior.
• Follow detailed testing programs, operational procedures, and safety checklists to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution.
• Collect diagnostic logs, document findings, and communicate results to support troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts.
• Monitor system performance during testing activities and assist with issue triage and root cause investigations.
• Support field testing and deployment activities in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Maintain accurate test records, issue tracking documentation, and operational reports.

• 2+ years of experience or strong interest in autonomous systems, robotics, automotive technologies, or related technical fields.
• Familiarity with automotive, electrical, mechanical, or computer systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and supporting field operations activities.
• Experience executing structured test plans, validation procedures, and operational checklists.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and process compliance.
• Experience using ticketing, defect tracking, or issue management tools to document findings and track resolutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering and operations teams.

• Experience supporting autonomous vehicles, robotics platforms, or advanced technology products.
• Experience with system bring‑up, calibration, testing, logging, and validation activities.
• Familiarity with Linux, diagnostic tools, data collection, and issue tracking systems.
• Experience supporting live operational deployments and field testing programs.
